Many farmers and investors in the agricultural sector dream of a crop that provides a stable return amidst fluctuating production costs. They view alfalfa as one of the best options to achieve this balance. Its cultivation is straightforward, and it has low fertilization needs. Additionally, alfalfa enriches the soil and has deep roots, which is particularly beneficial for soil development, especially in newly reclaimed lands. As a result, the area planted with alfalfa is currently increasing significantly, especially in newly developed lands (around 35,000 acres in the Toshka area alone).
